He was born on June 2, 1942 in Boscobel the son of Orville J. “Bunker” and Geneva B. (Schneidewind) Hill. He was born on June 18, 1932 in Eden Township, Iowa County, the son of Clifton Herman and Margaret (Preston) Leix.
