Arthur A. Fremont, age 90, of Mt. Hope, WI passed away on Saturday December 31, 2022, at Orchard Manor in rural Lancaster. He was born on January 1, 1932, the son of Frank and Mae (Bark) Fremont. Arthur was united in marriage to Doris White on August 19, 1955, at the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church. Arthur graduated from Lancaster High School and then served his country in the U.S. Army. Eldon Harlan Washburn, age 84, of Fennimore, WI passed away on Friday December 23, 2022, at the U.W. Hospital in Madison. He was born on April 11, 1938, in Montfort the son of Lee and Alvina (Yerke) Washburn. He spent his early childhood in Mineral Point before moving with his parents in 1950 to a farm in the Mt. Dorothy Margaret France, age 97, of Platteville, formerly of Livingston, WI, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Sienna Crest Assisted Living in Platteville. She was born July 31, 1925, the daughter of Tony and Alvena (Funk) Fuerstenburg. Dorothy was united in marriage to Marvin France on May 6th, 1952, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fennimore.
