Neil Irvin “Gopher” Millard, age 87, of Livingston, WI passed away unexpectedly on Sunday May 28, 2023, at his residence in Livingston. He was born on June 19, 1935, in Mifflin Township Iowa County, WI the son of Irvin and Burdetta (Jones) Millard. Neil graduated from Livingston High School in 1953 and then attended University of Wisconsin Platteville. He worked various jobs until being drafted in the U.S. Army. He was born on July 11, 1926, in Fennimore the son of Jesse and Grace (Brookens) Blackburn. Aubrey was united in marriage to Gwendolyn Monroe on June 28, 1948, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, IA. Aubrey grew up working on the family farm near Mt. Hope.
