Timothy John Cauffman, of Fennimore, WI passed away in his home on Saturday April 29th, 2023, at the age of 68. He was born on December 8,1954 to Lester and Emily (Leighton) Cauffman. He was number 7 of 8 children. He grew up helping on the family farm. After graduating high school Tim enlisted in the U.S. Navy serving from March 27th, 1973, until being honorably discharged on September 22nd, 1975. Tim was very proud of his time served aboard the USS Fort Snelling. In 1976, Tim married Alice Patten. They had 2 sons together, Michael and Lucas, and they later divorced.
Tim lived in the Fennimore area much of his life. He worked multiple customer service jobs and was well known and liked. He was a heating and warehouse specialist for H & N Plumbing and Heating of Fennimore for many years. He was later employed and always a friendly face at World of Variety in Fennimore and then Bender Foods in Fennimore. He was always quick to help a neighbor, friend, family member, or even just someone in the community.
Tim left behind many loved ones. He is survived by 2 sons, Michael (Laurie) Cauffman and Lucas Cauffman (Rachel Tri); 4 grandchildren Logan (Savanna) Cauffman, Cali Cauffman (fiancé Derek Skibba), Owen Cauffman, Michaela Cauffman; 1 great grandson Brooks Cauffman; 2 brothers Jack (Joanne) Cauffman and Robert (Margaret) Cauffman and 1 sister Sandy (Jeff) Davis; 2 sisters-in-law Patricia Cauffman and Kathy Cauffman, along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews. He is also survived by his longtime girlfriend Robin Cordts; her daughter Casey (Justin) Goodrich and son Cody Cordts; and her grandchildren Gavin and Greta.
Tim was preceded in death by both parents, his sister Donna and her husband Rudy Martinez, as well as brothers David, George, and Lester Jr.

Visitation
Visitation will be held from 4-7:00 P.M. on Wednesday May 3, 2023, at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore and from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church on Thursday morning.
Funeral Services
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday May 4, 2023, at the St. Peter Lutheran Church in Fennimore.
Burial Services
Burial to follow in the Prairie Cemetery in Fennimore with Military Honors.
