Hope, WI the son of Allen and Doris (Merry) Belscamper. Bob lived in Mt. Hope Township until 1943 when he moved with his parents to North Lancaster Township, where he farmed with them until after his marriage. She was born in her Grandma Annie (Biddick) Peat’s old rock house 4_1/2 miles southwest of Livingston in Clifton Township, Grant County, WI on April 15, 1917. Her father was Henry Hugh Waterman and her mother was Florence Adele (Peat) Waterman.
