Loretta C. Kelley, age 87, of Fennimore, died on Monday February 1, 2021 of a stroke at Gundersen Lutheran hospital in La Crosse, WI. She was born January 11, 1934, in Fennimore, the daughter of Frank and Beatrice (O’Shaughnesy) Straka. She married Virgil Kelley on April 16, 1956, in Fennimore. They farmed in Blue River and Muscoda before moving to farm near Fennimore in 1965 until retirement in 1991, and moving to Fennimore.
