Fennimore, WI-Evelyn M. Stenner, age 88, died unexpectedly on Monday Dec. 19, 2016 at her residence in Fennimore. She was born on May 10, 1928 in Mt. Ida Township, Grant County, WI, the daughter of Fred and Cora (Mauntz) Wehrle. Evelyn was united in marriage to Ralph Stenner on Aug. 3, 1945 in Zwingle, IA. Fennimore, WI-Ivanelle J. Udelhoven, age 84, died on Sunday morning Dec. 18, 2016 at the Fennimore Good Samaritan Society. She was born July 3, 1932 in Clifton Township Grant Co. the daughter of Clarence and Hilda (Fiest) Ellis. She was united in marriage to Adolph Udelhoven in 1952. Ivanelle loved embroidering, playing Bingo, and working with ceramics. She also enjoyed going for car rides and being around people. She had a good sense of humor and was the family jokester. Fennimore, WI-Gerald “Jerry” D. Munns, age 100, died on Dec. 16, 2016 at the Fennimore Good Samaritan Society. He was born on Aug. 13, 1916 the son of Wilson and Orva (Simons) Munns. Jerry was united in marriage to Lucille Fritsch on Dec. 14, 1937. From 1936 until 1943, Jerry delivered ice, milk, and lime gravel until farming for 15 years. Getting out of farming, he was employed by Fennimore Co-op for 20 years working at the service station and doing tire repair. As the business grew, so did his responsibilities. Fennimore, formerly of Stitzer, WI-Myra M. Hill, age 96, died on Friday morning Dec. 16, 2016 at Fennimore Good Samaritan Society in Fennimore. She was born on Dec. 25, 1919 in Montfort the daughter of William Sr. and Sarah (Galin) Kennedy. Myra was united in marriage to Carlos W. Hill on Aug. 29, 1940 in Waukon, IA. Myra did seasonal work for the Cobb Canning factory and worked for the Clerk of Courts in Lancaster for a brief time. Her love in life was her devotion to her husband, helping on the farm, and being dedicated to raising her family.

Joan Teresa Fiedler, age 86, of Lancaster and formerly of Stitzer, died on Wednesday Dec. 14, 2016 at the Orchard Manor in rural Lancaster. She was born on May 19, 1930 in Boscobel the daughter of Carl & Teresa (Schuhart) Kretschman. Joan was united in marriage to the love of her life, Bernard Fiedler on Sept. 19, 1950 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fennimore and said, “It was the happiest day of her life”.
