Fennimore, WI-Jody Lynn Solorzano, age 42, of Fennimore lost her courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday morning Oct. 10, 2012 at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster, WI. Jody was a breast cancer survivor, but three years later succumbed to brain cancer. Jody was born on Jan. 18, 1970 in Menomonee Falls, WI the daughter of Jack & Julianne (Johnson) Carlson. Grace E. Novinska, age 99 of Warsaw, MO and formerly of Fennimore died on Thursday Oct. 4, 2012 at her residence in Warsaw, MO. Grace was born on Jan. 17, 1913 in Turkey Creek, IA the daughter of Nicholas & Catherine (Hauck) Adams. Grace was united in marriage to Aloysus “Loyse” Novinska on May 7, 1947 in Lancaster, WI. Following high school, Grace went to work for Parker Pen in Madison, WI until moving to Lancaster. There she met and married her beloved husband Loyse, following his return home from war. John H. Pagel, age 57, of Fennimore passed away unexpectedly as the result of a motorcycle accident on Thursday morning Oct. 4, 2012 in South Lancaster Twsp., Grant Co., WI. He was born Feb. 8, 1955 in Baraboo, WI. John’s first marriage was to Terri Peterson and then on Sept. 10, 1984 he was united in marriage to Kenda Thompson. Fennimore, WI-Mabel Ann Fry, age 93, of Fennimore died on Saturday afternoon Sept. 29, 2012 at Boscobel Care and Rehabilitation in Boscobel. Mabel was born on June 7, 1919 in Mt. Hope the daughter of Lee & Laura (Baker) Cauffman. She was united in marriage to Lewis “Carlyle” Fry on Nov. 4, 1935 in Galena, IL. Mabel and Carlyle farmed in the Fennimore area from 1930 until retiring in 1980. She enjoyed milking the cows, dancing and playing cards.
