Richard Lee Scott, age 53, of Boscobel/Fennimore, died unexpectedly on Thursday evening Nov. 23, 2017, at Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital. Richard was born on Oct. 1, 1964, in Boscobel. Rich graduated from Fennimore High School with the class of 1983. He then served in the US Army before receiving a degree in Wastewater Management from Kirkwood College. He was born on Dec. 19, 1927 on the Steil’s Farm to Wilson and Ida (Anderson) Harms. Marvin was united in marriage to Arlene Leibold on April 19, 1958 at St. Joesph Catholic Church in Dubuque, IA. Clyde was born on May 6, 1921 to Lloyd and Nellie Bishop Wagner on the Wagner farm in Wingville Township, Livingston. Frank and Marita Wilkinson in Hampshire, Illinois.
