Vicki graduated from Lancaster High School in 1961. On April 4, 1970, she married the love of her life, Joseph Quincy, at the Fennimore United Methodist Church. Joy was born on August 18, 1927, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the youngest child of Earling and Henrietta (Johnson) Swan. She was raised on a 120-acre dairy farm in Waukesha County, where she walked a mile and a half to a one-room schoolhouse and developed a lifelong love of music. FENNIMORE – Stanley “Buck” Novinska, age 89, passed away peacefully on the morning of December 27, 2025. He was born on November 20, 1936, in Fennimore Township, Grant County, Wisconsin. Buck graduated from Fennimore High School in May of 1956 and soon after enlisted in the United States Army in August 1956. He completed basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and served in the 126th Transportation Unit as a truck mechanic.
