REWEY – Eunice Naeger, born on January 15, 1945, passed away peacefully on Tuesday December 23, 2025, surrounded by love. She lived a life rooted in family, faith, and simple joys, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and devotion that will be remembered by all who knew her.
She had a deep love for sewing, often creating meaningful pieces for those she cherished. She also enjoyed camping and spending time outdoors, especially when it meant being with her family. Above all else, her greatest joy came from time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving son, LaVern (DaNeen) Naeger and daughter, Mindy Halverson; five grandchildren: Eric (Choral) Halverson, Natasha (Steve) Hardy, Alyssa (Dave) Charles, Brandon (Coley) Naeger, and Tanner (Maddi) Naeger; and 17 great grandchildren, all of whom were blessed by her guidance, kindness, and unwavering love. She is also survived by her siblings: Clara Myers Rooney, Sarah McVay, and Ralph Myers.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Fank Naeger; her son, Jim Naeger; her son-in-law, Kenny Halverson; her sisters: Linda Gericke, Lottie Fisher, Suzie Priebe, and Loretta Munson; and her parents. All of whom she missed dearly and is now reunited with.
Eunice will be remembered for her generous heart, strong spirit, and the love she shared so freely. Her memory will live on in the stories, traditions, and bonds she created within her family. A big thank you to the nurses at St. Croix Hospice for their wonderful care given to our loved one during this difficult time.
