Mark P. Brown, age 49, of Woodman, WI passed away unexpectedly on Saturday morning January 7, 2023, at his residence. He was born on November 5, 1973, in Boscobel the son of Thomas and Josephine (Burns) Brown.
Mark graduated from Boscobel High School. He was united in marriage to Kathryn Pugh on February 14, 1993, in Boscobel. He entered the work force and was employed at Meister Cheese in Muscoda and later Skyline in Lancaster. Mark was currently employed at Truvant in Boscobel as a loader operator for the past few years. He was an avid Nascar fan, always rooting for Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Jr., enjoyed a cold Busch Light, and adored his children and grandchildren. He was a simple man, a jack of all trades. He worked very hard and was always happy to help others. He liked woodworking and became a very good, self-taught mechanic. He and Kathy were so proud of their new adventure together, establishing Nite-Mare Acres. Mark’s dedication to his family, strong will, and his willingness to lend a hand will always be remembered.
Mark is survived by his wife Kathy of Woodman, four children; London Brown of Boscobel, Marcus Brown of Woodman, Adriana Brown of Hillsboro, and Francis Brown of Woodman, five grandchildren; Jaymesin Rounds, Allen Brown, Arianna Brown, Amelia Kast, and Mary Jo Kast, siblings; Christine (Aspen) Jacobson of Fennimore, John Brown of Fennimore, Hayes (Julie ) Kast of Muscoda, Robert Kast of Hillsboro, Kenny Kast of Avoca, and Michelle (Shawn) Grimm of Richland Center, along with many nieces and nephews.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents.
The Larson Family Funeral of Fennimore is assisting the family.
Visitation and Celebration of Life
A visitation for family and friends “Celebrating the Life of Mark Brown” will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. on Thursday January 19, 2023, at the Boscobel Bowl & Banquet located at 16971 US Hwy 61 Boscobel, WI 53805. Food and fellowship will immediately follow.
