Georgia J. Howell-Schultz

FENNIMORE - Georgia J. Howell-Schultz, age 67, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday morning September 9, 2025, at her residence. She was born on May 17, 1958, in Boscobel, the daughter of George and Geneva (Lee) Howell. Georgia was united in marriage to Wilbert “Willy” Schultz on May 25, 1996, at the St. Peter Lutheran Church in Fennimore.

Georgia graduated from Fennimore High School and entered the work force. She was very proud to tell everyone that she was taught by her father to drive dump truck and worked for his Concrete Products Company. In the 1980’s, Georgia became a bar owner in Fennimore, G.G. Place, where she welcomed everyone with her big smile and warm personality. She later returned to driving truck for various local trucking companies until going to work at “The Butcher Shop” in Fennimore. Georgia concluded her working career being employed at the Fennimore School District as a custodian and bus driver.

Georgia loved the outdoors, riding her Harley motorcycle and horses, going camping and boating. She was a social butterfly who loved people and was always willing to give everyone a big hug. She adored her family and cherished all the wonderful memories throughout the years. Her family is also very grateful for the loving care that her brother-in-law Dennis had given Georgia for the past years.
