Becky Jo Belscamper, age 59, of Fennimore, died on Thursday morning April 6, 2017, at Fennimore Good Samaritan Society. Becky was born on Sept. 20, 1957, in Lancaster, WI the daughter of Robert and Virginia (Burton) Belscamper.
Becky graduated from Lancaster High School and then attended vocational school in Powell, WY and working with horses. Always up for an adventure, Becky went to work for a thoroughbred farm in Gainesville, VA and then moved to Johnson, MI and worked at an Arabian Breeding Farm. Returning back to the area, Becky went to work for Rayovac of Fennimore for 22 years while also farming in the Mt Ida. and North Lancaster Townships. Becky loved to travel, go to auctions, play Bingo, and go gambling. She deeply loved her family and especially loved spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Becky is survived by her father Robert of Fennimore, siblings Vicki (John) Hoffman and Bruce (Debbie) Belscamper both of Lancaster; nieces and nephews, Mike (Jennifer Thur) Hoffman of Dodgeville, Melanie (Steven Bowen) Hoffman of Lancaster with son Taylor Bowen, Brian (Amy) Belscamper of Lancaster with children Brennin, Reese, Riley and Bromley Belscamper, Jenny (David) Dixon of Lancaster with children Tyler and Tessa Dixon and Brett (Anna Schmitz) Belscamper of Lancaster. Becky is also survived by her wonderful friend Rose Stivarius of Stitzer.
Becky was preceded in death by her mother Virginia on July 14, 2015.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday April 10, 2017 at Fennimore United Methodist Church in Fennimore with burial to follow in Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 P.M. on Sunday evening April 9, 2017 at Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore and from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church on Monday morning.
