FENNIMORE – Marlene P. Everson, age 88, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Dove Healthcare in Fennimore. She was born on June 8, 1938, the daughter of William and Mabel (Culver) Smith. Growing up, Marlene attended Woodman School and then graduated from Fennimore High School in 1957. After high school, Marlene began working as a waitress at Tip Top. Mt. Hope, WI-Janice Mary Frye, age 86, passed away peacefully on Sunday August 9, 2026, at Orchard Manor in Lancaster. She was born on November 17, 1939, in Millville Township Grant County, WI, the daughter of James and Rose Turben. Janice graduated from Patch Grove High School. Through her younger years, she loved raising her family. Janice later entered the work force, working at Loudspeaker Component for a few years until be employed at Rayovac in Fennimore for over 30 years until her retirement. Nancy was the third of five children born to Robert and Winifred (Lyons) Lamb in Lansing, Michigan on September 13,1961. She spent the first nine years of her life living near Haslett. In October 1970, the family moved to a small farm outside of Mount Hope, Wisconsin. Nancy graduated from West Grant High School in May 1979. Fennimore, WI-Karen Anne Craig, 89, of Fennimore, WI passed away on Monday August 10, 2026. She was born on March 29, 1937, in Gresham, WI the daughter of Erma and Lawrence Hoffman. She graduated as Valedictorian in 1955 from Gresham High School. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtaining her pharmaceutical degree in 1959. There she met the love of her life, Robert “Bob” Craig. They were married on June 27th, 1959. They went on to work together at Craig’s Drug Store in Fennimore from 1967 until they retired in 1998. Boscobel, WI-Lowell A. Moore, age 91, passed away on Friday August 7, 2026, at Orchard Manor in Lancaster. He was born on January 9, 1935, in Bloomington, WI, the son of Wilfred and Lorna (Ames) Moore. Lowell was united in marriage to Margaret Dorer on September 22, 1953, in Dubuque, IA. Lowell entered the United States Navy and proudly served his country as a “Seabee” from 1952 until being honorable discharged in 1955. He entered the workforce and proudly became a heavy equipment operator with the #139 Operating Engineers. Through the years, he became one of the best dozer operators
