Carol was united in marriage to Alvin Maag on June 3, 1967, at the Marion Church. FENNIMORE – James “Jim” A. Viktora, age 60, passed away on Thursday May 15, 2025, at his home. Jim was born on September 17, 1964, in Madison, WI; the son of Otto and Revelle (Newcomb) Viktora. Jim graduated from Riverdale School District in 1983. Shortly after, he served in the United States Navy from 1984 until his honorable discharge in 1987. When he returned home, Jim worked with his grandfather installing HVAC systems in new buildings. Jim had a deep passion for learning and creativity. Fort Myers, FL, formerly of Lancaster and Mt. Ida, WI – Myrtle Ione Edge, age 106, passed away on Thursday May 8, 2025, at Hope Hospice Facility. She was born on April 3, 1919, in White Mound, WI the daughter of George and Emma (Scholl) Brown. Myrtle was united in marriage to Adolph Edge on November 24, 1937, in Loganville, WI. They lived in the village of Mt. Ida where they shared 52 years together. Myrtle dedicated her life to her family and church. BOSCOBEL – Judd Rowan Schmitz, age 10, left this world far too soon on Saturday May 17, 2025. His final day was spent just as he would have wanted; surrounded by family and embracing the world with the same adventurous spirit he carried every day. LANCASTER – John W. Budworth, age 97 passed away on Friday May 16, 2025, at Park Place Memory Care in Platteville. He was born and raised on the family farm in Beetown Township on October 13, 1927, to the son of George and Elizabeth (Watson) Budworth. Following his high school graduation, John served his country during World War II, being drafted into the U.S. Army in 1946.
