Fennimore, WI-Elizabeth J. “Betty” Kroll, age 92, passed away on Sunday August 27, 2023, at the Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing with her family by her side. She was born on June 15, 1931, in Highland the daughter of Edward and Cecilia (Prochaska) Nechvatal. Betty was united in marriage to Cletus Kroll on August 23, 1950, in Montfort. Betty graduated from Fennimore High School. After her marriage to Cletus, they began farming in Cobb until purchasing their farm by Preston located in Fennimore Township. MOUNT HOPE – Michael Robert Lamb, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at Divine Nursing & Rehabilitation in Fennimore. He was born in Lansing, MI on February 6, 1956; the son of Robert and Winifred (Lyons) Lamb. Mike graduated from West Grant High School and went on to drive truck for Kussmaul, and later Dairyland Seed. He retired in 2018 following an injury where he fell off his truck. FENNIMORE – Glenda Marie (Dietzman)Holzer, age 72, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Divine Nursing & Rehabilitation in Fennimore. She was born on March 1, 1951; the daughter of Glenn and Evelyn (Chandler) Dietzman. She graduated from Iowa-Grant High school in 1969 and went on to obtain certificates as a Certified Nursing Assistant and daycare provider. On June 28, 1969, Glenda was united in marriage to Frederick Holzer. Glenda’s favorite season was county fair time. LANCASTER – Elaine Elizabeth Hollenberger, age 75, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She was born on August 31, 1947; the daughter of Paul and Carol (Cohen) Hollenberger. Elaine held various positions at LCC for 27 years before going to work at Milprint. She continued working at Milprint for 20 years. In addition to her time at LCC and Milprint, Elaine worked many years as a waitress at Stitzer Bar, Home-Again, and Cottonwood. LANCASTER – Brian Lee Kreul, age 48, passed away at home on Saturday morning, August 12, 2023, due to an autoimmune condition.  He was born on March 1, 1975, in Lancaster; the son of Harry and Carol (Lenz) Kreul. He was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart Jamie Crawford on September 7, 1996, at the St. Peter Lutheran Church in Fennimore. Brian graduated from Fennimore High School in the class of 1993. He participated in football, basketball, and baseball. He had a burning fire to compete and was very instrumental in the 1992 Fennimore high school football success
