Stephen R. “Steve” Graney, age 79, of Lancaster, WI passed away on Wednesday May 31, 2023, at his residence in rural Lancaster. He was born on October 30, 1943, the son of Rex and Carol Graney. Steve graduated from Lancaster High School in 1961. He enlisted in the Navy after high school. On December 29, 1964, he married the love of his life, Colleen K. Gail Elaine Ellis, 88, of Livingston passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Edenbrook of Platteville nursing home surrounded by her family.  She was born on August 23, 1934, in Liberty Township, Grant County, the daughter of Harold and Leona (Gossel) Austin.  On October 3, 1936, when Gail was only 2 years old, her mother passed away.  Gail’s father married her stepmother, Mae Trodahl on June 14, 1939.  Gail was united in marriage to Kenneth Ellis on August 23, 1952, at the Congregational Church in Lancaster. Neil Irvin “Gopher” Millard, age 87, of Livingston, WI passed away unexpectedly on Sunday May 28, 2023, at his residence in Livingston. He was born on June 19, 1935, in Mifflin Township Iowa County, WI the son of Irvin and Burdetta (Jones) Millard. Neil graduated from Livingston High School in 1953 and then attended University of Wisconsin Platteville. He worked various jobs until being drafted in the U.S. Army. She was born on June 29, 1946, in Oconto Falls, WI the daughter of Hugo and Germaine (Huser) Deering. Charlotte and Gary met at the Roller Rink in Fennimore in 1962, and they were united in marriage on March 9, 1965, in Columbus, GA. Ruth Ellen Scott, age 66, of Stitzer, WI passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 8, 2023 at University Hospital in Madison. She was born December 28, 1956 in Lancaster to Ralph and Wilma (Allen) Reuter. Ruth graduated from Platteville High School in 1975. She continued her education at Southwest Technical College in Fennimore and graduated with a clerical degree.
