Thomas F. “Tom” Jinkins, age 70, of Livingston, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Southwest Health Care Center in Platteville.  He was born April 17, 1949 in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.  The son of Kenneth and Charlotte (Brun) Jinkins. Joyce M. Kirschbaum, age 82, of Fennimore passed away on Tuesday morning September 3, 2019 at U.W. Hospital in Madison. She was born on August 29, 1937 in Fennimore the daughter of Wilbur and Alice (Whitish) Colson. Joyce was united in marriage to Raymond “Jerry” Kirschbaum on February 10, 1955 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fennimore. Being from a large family and always being there for her family, she continued her caring ways babysitting for many families throughout the community. She babysat children for over 45 years. Gary L. Govier, age 85, of Fennimore, died Monday, September 2, 2019 at the Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster, WI. Gary was born on September 25, 1933 in Lancaster, WI the son of Orval and Bernice (Nelson) Govier. Gary married the love of his life Mary Degenhardt on May 29, 1954 in Plano, IL. After graduating from high school, Gary worked various jobs throughout the area until going to work at John Deere of Dubuque, retiring after seventeen years of service. Brandon Lee “Fuersty” Fuerstenberg, age 21, of Platteville, formerly of Fennimore, died unexpectedly on Sunday, September 1, 2019 in Castle Rock Township as a result of an automobile accident. Brandon was born on February 4, 1998 in Lancaster, WI the son of Terry and Lisa (Lee) Fuerstenberg. Brandon attended Fennimore High School and was in the class of 2016.
