Monroe – Nathan L. Blabaum, age 70 of Monroe and formerly of Cobb, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday evening March 10th, 2013.  Nathan was born on October 31st, 1942 to Albert and Alice (Cole) Blabaum at the Blabaum family home in Highland, WI. He married the love of his life Lois Finley on Oct. 14, 1961 in Mineral Point and together they enjoyed over 51 years of marriage. Fennimore, WI-David Oakley Cauffman, age 75 passed away peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family on Sunday March 10, 2013 following his battle with cancer. David was born on Oct. 30, 1937 in Little Grant Township Grant Co., WI the son of Lester & Emily (Leighton) Cauffman. Sun Prairie, WI-Rita M. Kuchar, age 80 passed away on Saturday March 9, 2013 at Agrace HospiceCare in Madison. Rita was born on Feb. 22, 1933 in Hickory Grove Township Grant Co., WI the daughter of Carl & Teresa (Schueharte) Kretschman. She was united in marriage to Wencle Kuchar on Oct. 27, 1959 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fennimore. Fennimore – Gordon M. Hulsether, age 91 passed from this life surrounded by his loving family on Thursday morning March 7, 2013 at the Fennimore Good Samaritan Society. Gordon was born on March 28, 1921 in Castle Rock Township, Grant Co., WI the son of George and Mabel (Williams) Hulsether. Gordon was a life-long member of the Castle Rock Lutheran Church. His special contribution was as a board member of the Castle Rock Lutheran Church Cemetery Association for 39 years.  Gordon was active in the community as a loyal member of both the VFW and the Montfort bowling team.  He

Fennimore – Arnold “Junior” E. Heberlein, age 78 of Fennimore and formerly of Madison passed away on Thursday evening Feb. 28, 2013 at the Fennimore Good Samaritan Society. Arnold was born Dec. 23, 1934 in Lancaster, WI the son of Arnold and Ida (Gratz) Heberlein. Arnold attended four years at the Becker Rural School in Liberty Township, Grant County, WI.  The next four years he attended Washington Orthopedic School in Madison, WI before returning to the farm to help his mother.  He received the leadership Award in 4-H in Grant County while he was a member of the Liberty Ridger
