Victor C. Kincannon, age 80, of Fennimore passed away on Wednesday Dec. 5, 2018 in Prairie du Chien. He was born on March 23, 1938 in Tarrytown, New York the son of Louis “Red” & Hazel (Benson) Kincannon. Victor graduated from Fennimore High School in 1956, which was the first class to attend the new high school. Victor briefly worked in Madison until returning home to Fennimore to take care of his parents. Victor was a simple man, who enjoyed listening to music, and was very dedicated to his family. His family will always cherish his pleasant nature, and he was always a “true” gentleman.
Victor is survived by his cousins; Donna (Jerry) Hill of Boscobel, Michaeleen Eaton of Prairie du Chien, Jim Kincannon of Prescott, AZ, and Raymond Kincannon Jr. of Austin, MN.
Victor was preceded in death by his parents and his cousins William Kincannon and Vonda Kincannon.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday Dec. 11, 2018 at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church with burial to follow in the Prairie Cemetery in Fennimore. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at the church hall on Tuesday morning.
