Clark Milton Forbes, age 87, of Friendship, WI, passed away May 5, 2022. He was born in Madison WI, on November 8, 1934, to Milton and Irene (Ryan) Forbes. Clark graduated from Stoughton High School in 1952. He was united in marriage to Vivian Mae Draves on September 12, 1953. He served with the Air National Guard for 8 years. He delivered milk for Borden Dairy for 10 years. He joined the Madison Fire Department serving 28 years, retiring as Lieutenant. He was a Master Craftsman at building custom cabinets and furniture. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling, playing cards, and feeding the birds.
Clark is survived by his loving wife, Vivian of 68 years, daughter Rhonda (Bill) Heinrich and son Craig (Donna) Forbes. Four grandchildren, Dawn (Chris) Mummaw, Jason (Liz) Forbes, Will (Mary) Heinrich, Kari (Shane) Korn. Seven great grandchildren, Tyler and Trent Mummaw, Rowan Forbes, Jase, Jasmine, Colten and Cayden Heinrich. Sisters and brothers-in-law, Margie (Richard) Welsh, Marie (Richard) Roberts, James (Sandra) Draves, Shirley Draves and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and infant brother, sisters and brothers-in-law Geneva and John Machotka, Eunice and Darrel Nankey and John Draves.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. The family wishes to extend their thanks and appreciation to Riverdale Health Care in Muscoda, WI for their kind, devoted, loving, and dedicated services. The Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort is assisting the family.
