FENNIMORE – James “Jim” A. Viktora, age 60, passed away on Thursday May 15, 2025, at his home. Jim was born on September 17, 1964, in Madison, WI; the son of Otto and Revelle (Newcomb) Viktora.
Jim graduated from Riverdale School District in 1983. Shortly after, he served in the United States Navy from 1984 until his honorable discharge in 1987. When he returned home, Jim worked with his grandfather installing HVAC systems in new buildings.
Jim had a deep passion for learning and creativity. In his younger years, he enjoyed studying Paleontology and was a talented radio-controlled model airplane enthusiast. He participated in competitions over the years.
Though Jim faced challenges in his later years, he remained a familiar and steady presence in the Fennimore community, He was well known and cared for by many people.
