Montfort, WI-Priscilla Rose Hoffman age 8 weeks passed away surrounded by her family on Friday July 26, 2013 at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison after complications from being born with Gastroschisis. Priscilla was born on May 27, 2013 at Meriter Hospital in Madison the daughter of Timothy & Amanda (Hanson) Hoffman.
Priscilla is survived by her beloved parents, Tim and Amanda Hoffman of Montfort, three Siblings; Christopher, Faith and Wyatt Trapper all at home, her grandparents; Charlene (Monte) Larson of Viroqua, DuWayne (Vicki Vikemyr) Hanson of Viroqua, Pete (Deb) Hoffman of Montfort, great grandparents; Joe (Hazel) Straka of Montfort, Cleo Hoffman of Verona, Orbin (Eunice) Hanson of Viroqua, and Alda Buxton of Viroqua; aunts & uncles; Holly (Jason) Whitmire with the US Army stationed in Honolulu, HI, Anthony Larson with the US Air Force stationed in England, Randy (Lacey) Hoffman in Mineral Point, Kristin (Michael) Oellerich of Brodhead, along with several great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her uncle Steven Hoffman on July 26, 1994, great grandfather Eugene Hoffman on Dec. 19, 1994, great grandfather Odean Hirschfield on Jan. 4, 2003, and four great uncles; Douglas & Daniel Hanson, Clayton Hirschfield, and Timothy Straka.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday July 30, 2013 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Montfort, WI with burial to follow in the church cemetery in Montfort. Father Dave Flanagan will be officiating. Friends may call from 4-8:00 P.M. on Monday evening at the Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort. In lieu of plants and flowers a memorial fund is being established at the Livingston State Bank P.O. Box 99 Livingston, WI 53554 in loving memory of Priscilla Rose Hoffman.
