She was born April 25, 1951, in Dodgeville, the daughter of Charles and LaVerne (Heacock) Ley.  Cindy was united in marriage to Mike Carl on August 26, 1972. Cindy was employed at Advance Transformer for 32 years and another 7 years at Rural Route 1 Popcorn before retiring.  For 30 years Cindy was a dedicated member of the Stitzer Sportsman’s Club.  She catered to everyone that frequented the club, especially the kids. She was born on January 2, 2000, the daughter of Jeremy and Wende (Colson) Schafer. A 2018 graduate of Iowa-Grant High School, Katy found her passion in the automotive world, working at O’ Reillys Auto parts. Cars and automotive were something Katy genuinely loved and took pride in.
