Todd Allan Roensch age 58, of Eastman, WI died courageously Friday, August 26, 2022, in Hospice care at Divine Rehabilitation and Health in Fennimore, WI surrounded by loved ones after battling End-stage Liver Disease. Todd was a gentle soul born in Frankfurt, Germany to Judy and Allan Roensch on July 20, 1964. Even with being as strong as she could, Shelly M. (Merwin) Osterndorff age 60, passed away on August 25, 2022, due to complications with her heart. Shelly was born on June 12, 1962, in Prairie du Chien, daughter of John and Deanna (Laughton) Merwin of Woodman, WI. Shelly and her family farmed outside of Platteville from 1966 until 1972, when they purchased the family farm in Livingston. Shelly attended Iowa-Grant High School where she was a member of the 1979 State Volleyball Team and graduated in 1980. After high school, she attended UW-Platteville where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business

Doris A. Fremont, age 85, of Mt. Hope, WI passed away on Thursday August 25, 2022, at Orchard Manor in rural Lancaster. She was born on March 9, 1937, the daughter of Fred and Alice (Cooley) White. Doris was united in marriage to Arthur Fremont on August 19, 1955, at the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church. Doris worked at Rayovac in Fennimore for 30 years. She was a dedicated employee, starting in the assembly, achieving her role as supervisor until finishing her time working in the testing lab. Kenneth Charles “Skinner” Bahl left us to be with his creator on Wednesday Aug. 24, 2022, surrounded by his wife and children. He was born on March 3, 1939, in Eastman, Wisconsin to Victor and Josephine (Lei) Bahl. He spent his childhood in Dubuque, Iowa, and Fennimore. When he was 16, he started working for his uncle, Carl Bahl, hauling canned milk and his love of hauling milk was born. He moved to the Janesville area in 1957 and went to work for a road construction company that was building I-90 and continued to haul milk on the weekends. On

Matthew Marvin Niebuhr, age 31, of Livingston, WI passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on Saturday morning August 13, 2022, at his residence. He was born on October 1, 1990, in Rockford, IL, the son of William Niebuhr Jr. and Melody Evert. Matthew was your typical boy growing up. He enjoyed hanging with his friends and playing sports which, he especially loved playing high school football. He graduated from Iowa-Grant High School in 2009 and then entered the work force.
