Berle D. Rodgers, age 62, of Linden, WI died on Friday evening March 29, 2019, at the Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville. He was born on July 4, 1956 in Childress, TX. Berle moved to Montana and worked in the sugar beet fields until 2001. Through a family friend, Berle met Diane Colson and he relocated to Montfort. Joyce I. Grundy, age 91, of Dodgeville, WI died on Monday March 25, 2019 at the U.W. Hospital in Madison. Joyce was born on December 11, 1927, on the family farm in Liberty Township Grant County, WI, the daughter of Harrison and Elsie (Ellis) Allen. She was a descended of the early pioneers of Grant Co., WI. Joyce was united in marriage to Clarence “Punk” Grundy on Feb. 11, 1947 in Dubuque, IA. Steven John Becker, 70, of Fennimore passed away March 20, 2019 at his residence. Steven was born October 17, 1948 in Lancaster, WI., son of Loren “Spider” and Ruth (Blackbourn) Becker. Steve graduated from Fennimore high School in 1966. He served in the U.S. Army from 1969-1970 during the Vietnam War. On February 23, 1974, he married Cindy (Bennett) in Stitzer. He was an avid outdoors man enjoying hunting with his family especially his granddaughters and his son. Richard Alan Ekedahl

Richard Alan Ekedahl a “great Statesman of the Lord”, passed away on Thursday morning March 14, 2019, at the Lancaster Care Center in Lancaster at the age of 84. Richard was born on August 15, 1934 in Oak Park, IL the son of Ossian Carl and Carolyn Edna (Bolton) Ekedahl. He was united in marriage to Barbara Oehme on July 29, 1978 at the Moody Church in Chicago, IL. Richard’s passing concludes his earthly longevity, far surpassing medical expectations. In 1946 Rich was one of the early pioneering Blalock Procedures, operated on by Dr. Alfred Blalock himself, for “Blue Babies”

Lilly Evelyn Bierman, a precious baby girl, was born into the Arm’s of Angels on Tuesday morning March 12, 2019 at the Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. John and Lora (Bishell) Bierman waited for her birth with joyful expectations. Sadly Heaven’s gain was our loss.
