Fennimore WI-Ralph A. “Bud” Davies, age 88, died on Monday Sept. 12, 2016 at Orchard Manor in rural Lancaster. He was born on Nov. 1, 1927 in Platteville the son of George & Rowena (Bitney) Davies. Ralph went to work throughout the Platteville and Lancaster area until being drafted in the U.S. Army in 1952. After being honorable discharged, Ralph was united in marriage to Mary Hach on May 29, 1956 in Highland. Ralph went to work for John Deere dealership until purchasing a farm in rural Platteville. Cuba City, WI – Stanley R. Griffiths, age 65, died unexpectedly on Saturday morning Sept. 10, 2016, at Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville. Stan was born on May 14, 1951, in Dodgeville the son of Robert & Ruby (Brown) Griffiths. He was united in marriage to Sue Oellerich on Jan. 23, 2008, in Grand Island, FL. Shortly after graduating from High School, Stan joined the U.S. Air Force in 1970 at the age of 19. He proudly served his country for 20 years as an ammunitions specialist, retiring as a Tech Sgt. in 1990. Stan continued his life of service
