Fennimore, WI-John B. “JB” Crowley age 73, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday April 6, 2016. John was born on January 5, 1943 in Richland Center the son of John J. and Lois (Rice) Cowley. He joined the U.S. Navy in 1961 until 1965 having served during the Cuban Missile Crisis. John was united in marriage to Rita McNamara On Aug. 17, 1968 at the Immaculate Conception Church in Boscobel. Graduating from U.W.
