Fennimore – Bonita M. “Bonnie” Kuchar, age 78, of Fennimore, died on Sunday afternoon July 26, 2015 at the New Glarus Home in New Glarus, WI. Bonnie was born in Dodgeville, WI and raised in Preston on April 6, 1937 the daughter of Ira and Augusta (Murphy) Everson. She was a lifelong resident of the Fennimore and Mt. Hope areas. In her early years, after graduating from Fennimore High School, Bonnie was a secretary in Madison and Fennimore.  She was also employed at
 the Boscobel Clinic as a nurse prior to marrying William “Billy” Collins of

Gerald W. Udelhoven

Gerald W. Udelhoven, 89, Fennimore, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2015 surrounded by his family. Gerald was born December 2, 1925 near Rockville, Wisconsin to William and Lillie (Swendsen) Udelhoven. He proudly served his country in the Korean War from 1950 to 1952 and returned home a decorated soldier with two Purple Heart medals and two bronze service stars. Gerald was united in marriage to Delores Stivarius at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Monfort, Wisconsin on February 15, 1955. Gerald was a life-long farmer. In 1956, he and Delores purchased a farm between Monfort and Fennimore on Highway 18.

Peter Rudolph Grunder, age 86 of Fennimore, died on Saturday July 18, 2015 at the Fennimore Good Samaritan Society. Peter was born on October 31, 1928 in Indonesia the son of Carlos and Clara (Fluckiger) Grunder. He married Annagret Sager on Dec. 4, 1954 at the Cathedral in Berm Switzerland. Peter was born in Indonesia and returned to Switzerland at age seven. In his early twenties, Peter went to Morroco to manage a farm for four years. While in Morroco, he met his future wife Annegret. Fennimore, WI – Virginia Evelyn Belscamper, age 85, died on Tuesday morning July 14, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque, IA. Virginia was born on Oct. 7, 1929 in Lancaster, WI the daughter of Virgil and Mildred (Platt) Burton. She married Bob Belscamper on May 3, 1950 at the Lancaster United Methodist Church. Virginia graduated from Lancaster High School in 1947 and then worked for the county agent’s office for some time. She then took a job as secretary to an accountant for two years. Rewey/Livingston, WI-Loretta B. (Burgess) Munson, age 79, was called home to our Lord on Thursday July 9, 2015. She was born on Aug. 8, 1935 in Bagley. She worked at Advance Transformer in Platteville for 23 years while always maintaining and nurturing her beloved family, yet others knew her as a second mother. She also enjoyed working on puzzles, crosswords, reading, playing games, cribbage, fishing, gambling, and eating exotic foods.
