FENNIMORE – Gerald D. Bollant, age 86, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023, at Divine Rehabilitation & Nursing in Fennimore. He was born on November 8, 1936; the son of William and Frances (Schnorenberg) Bollant. On October 6, 1959, Gerald married the love of his life, Lavon Collins, at St. Lawrence O’Toole Catholic Church in Mt. Hope. Together, they farmed the family farm in rural Montfort. They later purchased the farm from his parents and continued farming for 25 years. They were married for 61 years before her passing in 2020. Rosemary “Rosie” Jane Gluege, age 87, of Livingston passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at Southwest Health Center in Platteville, WI. Rosie was born July 13, 1935, to Gustave and Wally (Richter) Gluege. Rosie worked for the Livingston Co-op for 47 1/2 years. She was the first female bus driver for Iowa-Grant and the first female volunteer for the Livingston Fire Department. Rosie also served as the Village Clerk, Village Trustee, Rock Church Cemetery Secretary and Treasurer and was on their board. She was the United Methodist Church Treasurer, was on the Library Board, and was an election worker.  […]

He was born on August 10, 1934, in Marion Township; the son of Henry and Bertha (Freymiller) Gebhard. Ernest attended Anderson Mill School and one year of Fennimore High School. Ernest served two years in the Army during peace time.
