He was born Feb. 16, 1932 to Elmer and Matilda (Rankin) Haufler in Vassar, Kansas. Theron married Rose Anne Trendel Aug. 15, 1951. Brandon Matthew Wester, age 19 of rural Fennimore, passed away peacefully at home on August 30, 2012 surrounded by family and friends. Brandon was born March 9, 1993 the son of Al and Pat (Moneypenny) Wester. Brandon attended Fennimore Schools and graduated in 2011. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and formed a very special bond with the teaching and support staff.
