Megan Breanne Nolt, age 5 weeks 6 days of Fennimore, WI passed away at home on Tuesday June 23, 2020, at 1:10 P.M. The infant daughter of Merle and Grace Ann Nolt and big brother Ashton. Megan was born on May 13, 2020 at Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI; she was diagnosed with POMT-1 gene disorder (Muscle Eye Brain disease) and also had Hydrocephalus.
Megan is survived by her parents, Merle and Grace Ann Nolt and brother Ashton of Fennimore, WI; grandparents Lamar and Priscilla Shirk of Thorp, WI and Nathan and Ella Mae Nolt of Fennimore; great-grandparents; Issac and Anna Mae Shirk of Narvon, PA and Titus and Mary Zimmerman of Narvon, PA and Ivan and Irene Martin of Litiz, PA, aunts and uncles; Daran and Lisa Zimmerman of Stanley, WI and Linford Shirk of Windsor, MO, Regina Shirk, Darla Jean Shirk, Janice Shirk, Colleen Shirk, Kendall Shirk and Tristan Shirk at home. Rosene (Nolt) and Floyd Eberly of Withee, WI, Keith Nolt of Fennimore, WI, Jerry and Regina (Martin) of Boscobel, WI, Joyce (Nolt) and Michael Shirk of Thorp, WI, Randall and Lucinda (Burkholder) Nolt of Boscobel, WI, Darla (Nolt) and Arvin Williams of Muscoda, WI, Regina (Nolt) and Merlin Newswanger of Curtis, WI and 21 cousins.
Megan was preceded in death by her great grandparents Elmer and Pauline Nolt and cousin Kade Nolt.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 A.M. on Friday June 26, 2020 at the Shady Grove Mennonite Church in Fennimore Township Grant County Wisconsin with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 2-4:00 and from 6-8:00 P.M. on Thursday June 25, 2020 at the residence of Merle and Grace Nolt. The Larson Family Funeral Home of Fennimore assisted the family.
