Karol A. Knudson-Cauffman, formerly of Fennimore, passed away at her home in Avondale, Arizona, on January 26, 2019. Karol was born on August 22, 1942, predeceased by her parents Joyce A. (Riddiough) and Elwood A. Knudson.
Karol is survived by her children; Zoe (Dan) Knutson, Zina Seyferth, Randall (Susan) Zimpel, Zachary (Leslie) Zimpel, stepchildren; Todd (Caroline) Cauffman, and Tara Grob. Her surviving siblings include Jean Speaker, Sharon (Jeff) Cooper, Peter (Natalie) Knudson, Perry (Carrie) Knudson, and David (Victoria) Knutson. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Karol was preceded in death by her husband George Cauffman, daughter Zabrine, son Zane and her sister Kae Evans.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday morning June 8, 2019, at the St. Peter Lutheran Church in Fennimore with burial of the cremated remains to follow in the Prairie Cemetery. Lunch and a time of fellowship will immediately follow the committal service back at the church. The Larson Family Funeral Home of Fennimore is assisting the family.
