Edward D. Lund, age 60, of Beloit, WI, formerly of Fennimore, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 3, 2021. He was born on November 3, 1960 in Boscobel, the son of Virgil and Irene (Volenec) Lund.
Ed graduated from Fennimore High School in 1979 and went on to earn a degree in welding at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College. He loved spending time outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, and spending time on the family farm.
Ed is survived by his two children; Heather (Adam) Day and Joshua (Sarah) Lund both of Fennimore, his three grandchildren; Haylee Jo, Braxton, and Berklee Day, sister Linda (Bruce) Collins of Montfort, two brothers; Ronald (Linda) Lund of Onalaska, and Robert (Cindy) Lund of Fennimore, along with several nieces and nephews.
Ed was preceded in death by his parents, brother Jimmy Lund, niece Bridget Lund and nephew Troy Lund.
There will be no formal memorial services held at this time. Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore is assisting the family and cards of sympathy may be mailed to 925 10th St., Fennimore, WI 53809.
