Jeanette Lucille Schneidewind, age 75, of Lancaster formerly of Fennimore passed away on Friday November 20, 2020 at the Lancaster Health Services. She was born on March 14, 1945 in Kennett, MO the daughter of Herman and Jean (Greb) Howard. Jeanette was united in marriage to Ronald Schneidewind on May 28, 1966 in Friendship.
Jeanette was employed for Rayovac for several years until having to retire due to her declining health. She enjoyed working on puzzles, word searches, crossword puzzles, and crocheting. Jeanette had a very strong faith was very close to her Lord. She looked forward to attending many Bible studies throughout the community. Jeanette loved to be around people, sharing in much conversation, and always welcomed your presence with a smile. She was always very thankful for the staff in Fennimore and Lancaster for her wonderful care that given to her for the past six years. Also, a special thank you to Agrace Hospice for the compassion and care given to Jeanette.
Jeanette is survived by her two sons; Ronald and Brian Schneidewind, three sisters; Diana Howard of Pewaukee, Nancy Howard and her husband Julius Sciecinski of Milwaukee, Darlene Avila of Pewaukee, brother Robert Howard of Wimauma, FL along with her nieces and nephews and a very special friend Charity Bray and her family.
Jeanette was preceded in death by her father Herman in 1965, mother Jean in 2011, two sons; Cory in 1976, Ludwig in 1985 and her brother James Howard in 1997.
A public memorial graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday December 1, 2020 at the Prairie Cemetery in Fennimore. Pastor William Budzinski will be officiating. The Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore is assisting the family and cards of sympathy may be sent here at 925 10th St. Fennimore, WI 53809.
