Rosetta M. Beilfuss

BOSCOBEL – Rosetta Margaret Beilfuss, age 87, passed away on Sunday March 9, 2025, at Southwest Health in Platteville, surrounded by her family. She was born on December 2, 1937; the daughter of Eldon and Hazel (Dary) Coppernoll.

Rosetta attended school in Cazenovia and Excelsior and was united in marriage to her first husband and father of their eight children, Leslie Keepers. After going their separate ways, Rosetta spent time working as a waitress at Busy B’s Café, housekeeping at the Boscobel Nursing Home, and housekeeping at Orchard Manor before retiring. After retirement, Rosetta met and married William Beilfuss and moved up north to Weyerhaeuser, WI. She remained there with Bill until his passing in 2015, when she moved back to Boscobel to be near her family.

Rosetta loved quilting, crocheting, junk shopping, working in her garden, and fishing. She was a hard worker but always made time to spend with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Rosetta is survived by five children: Kevon (Sue Davies) Keepers, Vincent (Kathleen) Keepers, Timothy Keepers, Robin (Nat Newton) Conley, and DeLon (Kara) Keepers; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; six siblings: Gladys Anderson, Marge Simerson, Thankful Santfleden, Dale Clason, Christine Edgerton, and Kenneth (Connie) Coppernoll; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bill; three children: Eunice, Monty, and Michael; son in-law, Ronald Conley; daughter in-law Laura Keepers; and sibilings: Frances Stauff, Erna Schwabe, Hillman J. Coppernoll, Buford “Dick” Coppernoll, and Douglas “Jerry” Coppernoll.
