BOSCOBEL/FENNIMORE - Penny Laine “Pennel” Starkey, age 54, passed away on Friday July 5, 2024, at her residence in Boscobel. She was born on July 18, 1969, in Milwaukee the daughter of Lawrence and Jean (Adams) Edin. Penny was united in marriage to Ronald Starkey on September 6, 2005.
Penny graduated from Riverdale High School and then entered the work force. She worked for Advance Transformer, Rayovac, and Tru-Vant/ NuPak. She was a dedicated, hard working employee. Penny loved life and lived every day to the fullest. She enjoyed football, especially cheering on the Green Bay Packers. She loved frogs, butterflies and being outside, and camping.
Penny is survived by her son, Kory Edin of Appleton; mother, Jean and stepfather, Don Mezera of Eastman; stepchildren; many step grandchildren; three siblings: Dennis Bellis, Debbie Caudill, and Jeffrey Edin; companion, Tony Lee; special friend, Rhonda Dowell; grand dog, Yeli; and many dear friends.
Penny was preceded in death by her father Lawrence Edin and husband Ronald Starkey.
