Seth J. Ketterer

Seth Jud Ketterer, age 40, of Moab, Utah and formerly of Fennimore, WI passed away unexpectedly at home due to health complications on November 29th, 2022. Seth was born on August 27th, 1982, the son of Paul and Louise Ketterer.

Seth graduated from Fennimore High School in 2001 and furthered his education becoming a Certified Diesel Technician. He worked for Ford Motor Dealerships, beginning in Highland, WI, followed by Steamboat Springs and most recently in Moab, Utah. Seth had a passion for working on vehicles and was currently operating his own business. He also became a member of the Utah State Motion Picture Association, as a security guard for upcoming films.

Seth loved to hunt, fish and camp in the mountains, ATV ride and golf. He was known for his sense of humor and witty personality. He loved to BBQ and spend time with the love of his life, Jessica Melo and their “furbabies”.

He was a loving father, son, uncle and fiancé. He is survived by his parents, Paul & Louise Ketterer of Bagley, daughter Haylee Jo Ketterer-Day of Fennimore, sister Lindsay (Jeff) Schleis of Cottage Grove, and nieces Stella and Isobel Schleis and nephew Cole Schleis and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by Grandparents Cecelia and LaVerne Ketterer, and Mae and Grant Flathom.

The Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore is assisting the family. Memorials may be sent to the Larson Family Funeral Home at 925 10th St. Fennimore, WI 53809.

Visitation

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church on Tuesday morning December 20, 2022.

Memorial Services

Memorial service will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday December 20, 2022, at the St. Peter Lutheran Church in Fennimore, WI.

 

Burial Services

Burial to follow in the Castle Rock Lutheran Church Cemetery in Hickory Grove Township Grant County, WI.
