MONTFORT – Della Mae Norby, age 92, passed away on Monday April 21, 2025, at Dove Healthcare in Fennimore. She was born on July 1, 1932, the daughter of Jacob and Violet (Williams) Frederickson. Della was united in marriage to Gilbert “Gil” Norby on September 1, 1956. They shared 36 years of marriage before Gil passed away in 1992. Della graduated high school in 1950 and made Montfort her home in 1969. Born on May 25, 1955, in Chicago, David was the son of Robert and Mary (Pasek) Mueller. David spent much of his life in Chicago before relocating to Montfort 15 years ago to be closer to family. She was born on August 13, 1938, the daughter of Walter and Florence (Rech) Gratz. She graduated from Fennimore High School in 1956. On December 22, she married her high school sweetheart, David O. Cauffman, at St. Peter Lutheran Church. Patty and David shared 56 beautiful years of marriage before his passing in 2013. She was born on March 31, 1937, in Dubuque, IA, the daughter of Frederick and Clara (Johnston) Dietzman. Joyce was united in marriage to Ivan “Ike” Cohen on September 8, 1962, in Montfort. Joyce graduated from Platteville High School and then attended the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
