GUTTENBERG, IA – Debra Kay Rose, age 68, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2024, at home with her family by her side. She was born on July 2nd, 1956, in Madison, Wisconsin and grew up in Fennimore, Wisconsin. Debra was known as Mema and was a friend to many. Mema enjoyed baking, reading, telling stories, and writing mystery stories. BOSCOBEL -Scott James Conley, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday morning July 2, 2024, at his residence in rural Boscobel. He was born on October 10, 1964, in Boscobel; the son of Leonard and Judy (Giesen) Conley. He was united in marriage to Lorene Copus on May 25, 2001, in Lancaster. Scott graduated from Fennimore High School in 1983. Some of his proudest days were spent on the family farm alongside his father and his brothers working the land and driving a John Deere.  Scott liked visiting with neighbors and friends, and just like the rest of the Conley crew,
