John “Carter” Tuckwood, age 92, of Fennimore, WI passed away on Friday November 25, 2022, at the Divine Rehabilitation & Nursing in Fennimore. He was born on February 22, 1930, in Lancaster the son of Dr. Harry and Grace (Edge) Tuckwood. Carter graduated from Fennimore High School in 1948. He enlisted in the U.S. Army for one year and then he worked at the Savannah Ordinance Plant making ammunition for the war. John J. Mathews, age 99, of Livingston, WI passed away on Friday morning November 18, 2022, at Our House Assisted Living in Platteville. He was born on October 6, 1923, in Haney Township Grant County, WI the son of John and Clara (Flansberg) Mathews. He was united in marriage to Theresa Karasek on February 7, 1948, at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fennimore. John was raised in Homer Township in Grant County where he learned his passion for farming through his family. Kenneth C. “Gus” Pascoe, age 65, of Boscobel, WI passed away peacefully on Thursday morning November 17, 2022, at his residence in rural Boscobel. He was born on November 4, 1957, in Chicago, IL the son of Kenneth and Mary (Hansel) Pascoe. Gus was united in marriage to Kristin Briehl on September 24, 1983, in Fennimore. Choosing to go their separate ways, he was later united in marriage to Janet Bielfeldt on June 7, 2002, in Las Vegas, Nevada. James ‘Jim’ Knapp, 73, of Bloomington, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 12th after a day of being surrounded by his loved ones.  He battled valiantly against diabetic complications and renal failure. Jim was born on August 15th, 1949, to Gerald and Evelyn ‘Skip’ Knapp in Lancaster. After graduating from Bloomington High School in 1967, Jim was a staple working the family farm for many years.  You could always count on Jim to be milking cows and completing chores. She was born on November 22, 1949, in Madison, WI the daughter of Henry “Hank” and Rosa (Christman) Bukoski. Debra married the love of her life, Michael Reinsbach on April 14, 1984, at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Fennimore.
