Barry Dean Belstra, age 65, of Fennimore, Wisconsin passed away on Wednesday morning October 6th, 2021, at MercyOne Medical Center in Dubuque, IA surrounded by his family. He was born on April 28, 1956, in Rensselare, IN the son of Herman and Eileen (Bailey) Belstra. In his younger years, Barry lived in Lowell, IN until he and his family moved to Fennimore in 1973. Sandra Lee “Sandy” Schrader, age 73, of McFarland, WI, formerly of Madison passed away on Monday September 20th, 2021, after a long illness with Parkinson Disease. Sandy was born on October 3rd, 1947, in Dodgeville the daughter of Richard and Betty (Knutson) Schrader of Fennimore WI. She grew up on a farm in rural Stitzer and attended six grades at the rural school of Ebenezer. When Ebenezer school closed, she went two years to Stitzer Elementary School before going to High School in Fennimore.  She graduated 1965 and moved to Madison where she attended MATC.  Upon graduation, she worked at Madison Police
