William “Bill” George Reiser passed away peacefully on July 23, 2017 in Austin, TX.  Bill was born on January 14, 1934 in Platteville to George and Alva (Arthur) Reiser. Bill was a graduate of Lancaster High School, The University of Wisconsin Madison, and Roosevelt University where he received his MBA.  He married Donna Addison on June 13, 1954 in Montfort; they were married for over 57 years before Donna passed in 2011. Marie B. Gildersleeve, age 80, of Fennimore died on Wednesday July 26, 2017 at U.W. Hospital in Madison. She was born on Nov. 28, 1936 in Grinnell, IA the daughter of Henry and Dora (Garrett) Koger. Marie was united in marriage to Delmar Gildersleeve on Aug. 21, 1955 in Grinnell, IA. Marie grew up in the Grinnell area, graduating from Grinnell High School in 1955. After her marriage to Delmar, Marie worked in clothing sales for some years until owning and operating Marie’s Ceramics for 20 years. Berg, age 66, of Livingston, passed away peacefully on Friday July 21, 2017 at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg with her family by her side, related to complications of Interstitial Lung Disease. She was the heart and soul of our family. Pat was born on March 31, 1951 in Dodgeville the daughter of Roscoe and Bernadine (Straka) Cook. She was born at home in Clyde on October 24th, 1936 to Laura (Kreul) and William Bomkamp. After she graduated from Avoca high school in 1954 she was a nursing assistant in Madison. On January 12th, 1956 she married Dean Gerald Olson. They raised eight children while farming in Rural Dodgeville. Naomia E. Zimmerman, age 86, of Rewey, died on Saturday evening July 15, 2017 at Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville. Naomia was born on May 31, 1931 in Cedar Rapids, IA, the daughter of Everett and Marie (LaRue) Wagner. She married Paul Zimmerman on Feb. 17, 1950 in Bennett, IA. Following graduation from Standwood, IA High School, Naomia and Paul were married and began farming in Minnesota and then in Iowa.
